Best Practices
Developing a course for online delivery can be exciting and challenging. The new version of WebCT, RamCT has made changes to its functionality that are more logical and conducive to teaching, while making it easier to apply best practices in pedagogy.
Research has shown that students have a more positive learning experience when enrolled in an online course where best practices have been applied. Based on this information, CTSS has taken on an additional focus for RamCT training. Training will continue to cover how to use the basic course tools. In addition, we have added a new training session, which will cover best practices and how you as the instructor can apply them when developing and delivering your online course.
