RamCT and CSU Department Schedulers
Department Schedulers hold a KEY role EVERY semester for faculty!
The instructor assignments must be entered into ARIES via SCAIT before instructors can request their RamCT Sections. Thank You for your prompt entries!
AFTER a department scheduler enters instructor assignments into ARIES via SCAIT, the Primary Instructor can login to ARIESweb, click on the link “Request a RamCT Semester Teaching Shell”, and enter their requests. (No, other instructors cannot do this; only the Primary instructor.)

Frequently Asked Questions that a Faculty Member may ask their Department Scheduler:
Q. Are my instructional assignments entered into ARIES?
A. “As soon as the final instructional assignment decisions are given to me, I will enter them into ARIES for you”.
Q. How can I see which sections have been assigned to me?
A. Login to http://ariesweb.colostate.edu, select “Class Schedule”, and query by Instructor. (The faculty member must have ARIESweb access to use this system.)
Q. Where do I request my RamCT sections?
A. Login to http://ariesweb.colostate.edu under “Instructor Tools” select “Request RamCT Course-Section Shells”.
Q. Why don’t I see all my sections when I am on the ARIESweb RamCT Request page?
A. Only the credit-bearing sections for which you are a PRIMARY Instructor are displayed there.
Q. Will ALL the instructors assigned to a section in ARIES have access to the RamCT section as Designer/Instructor?
A. Yes.
