Instructor Access

Instructors have access to RamCT academic sections from the time they request them through the end of the open period, which closes approximately one year after the semester they were offered.

Standard Schedule

The standard schedule for section access for Instructors is as follows. Instructors will be notified approximately a month prior to closing section access. Instructors should make section backups and download grade books while sections are open!

  • Upon Instructor request of a RamCT section, or
  • When assigned to a section in ARIES that has an existing RamCT section

CLOSES
(Not visible in Course List)

Sections CLOSED one year after the completion of the semester the section was taught:

  • Spring sections: Last week in May
  • Summer & Fall Sections: Last week in December

Sections DELETED

Sections DELETED two years after the completion of the semester the section was taught:

  • Spring sections: Last week in May
  • Summer & Fall Sections: Last week in December
