Prepare Your Computer To Work With RamCT
Install Recommended Version of Java
RamCT relies on the software program Java to properly display content and to upload files. There should be only one version of Java on your computer. We recommend installing the recommended version that has been certified to work well with RamCT.
Instructions on how to install/verify that you have the CSU recommended version of Java.
Perform RamCT Browser Check
RamCT can check your browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) to see if the browser is configured properly to work with RamCT. It will check to see if cookies are enabled, do you have a compatible version of Java installed on your computer, are pop up blockers disabled ,etc.
