Web browsers issues with personal computers
Most of the concerns when using RamCT are related to your web browser. Follow the steps on the RamCT Web Browser Tuning page to correct most problems.

RamCT uses your eID credentials. To verify that your eID and password are working, try logging in to RamPoint http://rampoint.colostate.edu

Class not showing in “My RamCT Course List”?
Not all courses at CSU use RamCT. Check with your instructor to see if they are using this tool.
Course content not working (such as a broken link)
Let your instructor know so s/he can fix the content.
