Student Access into RamCT Sections
Student enrollments are loaded systematically from ARIES into RamCT before each semester. Instructors do not add students to their sections.
The standard schedule for student access into RamCT sections each semester is as follows:
- Opens the Friday before the semester begins
- Closes approximately four weeks after the semester ends

Instructors can manually adjust the access for students on each of their own RamCT sections to open a section early or extend access after a semester closes. Instructions are on our help website.
NOTE: Instructor access always remains open for all sections in RamCT.
