- RamCT – Icon for “New Items” - Inconsistent, So Removed from Course List 9/5/08
In RamCT, the individual tool icons representing “New Items” on the Course List proved to display inconsistently - showing when there were NO new items, or NOT showing when there were new items.- To avoid incorrect information, the icon has been turned off from the Course List page of RamCT.
- However, within individual RamCT sections, the new item icon (green asterisk) will still display for specific tools (email, discussions, assignments, etc.).

- Timeout extended to 2 hours – For your security and privacy RamCT sessions will timeout after two hours of inactivity. This extension from 1 hour to 2 is thanks to feedback from instructors and the RamCT Coordinators.
- iPod/PDA's - RamCT does not support the iPhone Bb application because it uses Blackboard version Vista/CE 6 or 8. Trying to connect to RamCT via the Bb iPhone app will return the error: “The specified Blackboard server url is a Vista/CE system. These are unsupported.” The version that supports the iPhone app is in CSU’s distant future.
